For even more convenience and efficiency, KYPSAH has taken it's pet updates to a more socialized theme using our page on Facebook!

When KYPSAH services you and your pets, pictures will be uploaded to Facebook where you will be tagged. Or, if you're a fan of KYPSAH, this is even better because you'll be able to see not just your pets but the shots of others we're taking as well!

Serious topics or concerns that may arise when your pets are in our care will be handled the same way they've always been, which is by phone, text or email depending on the client's preferred method of contact.

A summary of your pet's progress will be available upon request and sent to you via email in a PDF format.

Receiving a summary is a great way to build a behavioral history for your pet, and this history will come in handy if you need to travel with your pet and board him/her at a local facility.
