The Owner and Founder of KYPSAH

Jessica ("Jessie") Riggs is the owner and founder of K.Y.P.S.A.H. Pet Services. She founded the business back in February of 2004, in Truckee, CA.

Jessie has a God-given knack for understanding pets and their needs, as well as, being able to relate and empathize to the people as well. She is genuinely charasmatic and places nothing but her entire heart and soul into KYPSAH.

The Family, a.k.a., Staff

Jessie's entire family (husband, daughter, son, mother and father) participates in the servicing of all the pets that come into KYPSAH's care. Hence, for all services across-the-board, KYPSAH is and has been known to be synonymous with love. So much so, reservations are made way in advance especially for the Holidays!

Our History

KYPSAH was started up in Truckee, CA where we had the opportunity of meeting many, many wonderful friends (both human and of the "fur persuasion") and relocated down to the Sacramento Area (Woodland) in March of 2008. The reason for this move was two-fold but the primary reason for the move was due to Larry, Jessie's husband, needing to move out of the high elevation due to health conditions.

In Woodland, we've had, and continue to have, not only the honor of still servicing our Truckee and Bay Area friends, but also the ability to service our Sacramento Area friends as well. And, we look forward to helping you as well!
