K.Y.P.S.A.H. offers K-ROMP—off-leash doggie day hikes for the adventurous at heart!

Saturdays only save for Holidays.

The hikes are currently held in Truckee, CA. Hike time ranges anywhere from 2 - 4 hours. This is a full day of exercise, fun and training. All treats and fresh water are provided.

K-ROMP participants become a band of close-knit friends as they engage with one another often on a weekly-basis. New dogs often come into the mix as well thus continuing to increase your dog's socialization skills.

All dogs must meet all criteria in order to participate. Please fill out our Dog Temperament form in order to find out if your dog meets the requirements.

Bad Weather Policy

There will be no day hikes on “bad weather days” (e.g. rain showers, extreme fog, snow showers, etc.).

The decision to call a bad weather day will not be made until 7 a.m. after a careful analysis of current weather. You will be notified of a bad weather day via phone or email.
